Which martial art is good for a women who is in her late 20′s and has poor coordinationand is not flexible?

Judo is one. The training itself will give you a higher degree of flexibility and coordination. Lots of the moves rely on technique rather than brute force so it’s good for female.

Other martial art will be training in Escrima, the stick fighting art. Weapon is the great equilizer. Having a telescopic baton with you and a good escrima training, even a much smaller woman can take on a 6″ thug and send him to hospital.

While all Martial art requires coordination and flexibility to a degree, it just means that you will acquire the basic slower than ones more athletic than you. The training will help you gain those basic skill needed (the reason why we stretch everyday before training session)
