Making a website / blog / website to sell art?

My brother is good at art and wondered if there was anyway we could thing to do as a web page where people could view and purchase your work? My cousin has a blogspot blog which posts pictures of their crafts and things she does, but I do not think she sells them through it. Any advice on how they could make a website where you can upload photos of work My brother and I sold?
