Art Against Abuse

What issues or charities would these be a part of? Help reword this assignment!?

I have an English assignment and we have to write things that we support and are against. How can I make these things sound better?
I support education for all children, searching for a cure for cancer, providing those in need with food, clothing, and shelter, art and music in education, and helping the environment.
I am against abusing animals, lack of morals, and war.
If you could help me figure out to reword that so that it is not so long, or even make it where some of my “supports” can go under “against” I would be very thankful!
It isn’t an essay about each topic. It is an assignment to learn more about us. Each of those has to be one sentence: I support (3-5 issues). I am against (3-5 issues). Clear it up?

I think you are writing about way too many topics. Someone could write an essay with multiple pages about each one of those topics. Were you told to write about so many topics?

I think it would be best to write about 1 or 2 things you support and 1 or 2 things you are against. With few topics, not only can you spend more time on each topic, you can spend less time trying to get them to fit together. This will add clarity, effectiveness, and efficiency to your essay.

Remember, it’s not about how many words you can write down, it’s about how those words can captivate and motivate your audience. When we write these essays, we are not just doing it for the grade, we are doing it to make a point. Never settle for an essay that was just put together because you had to. Make an essay that leaps off the pages and begs to be shared. Literacy is a privilege that some of us have been blessed with, the least we can do is to use it to better ourselves and the world around us.
