North Chicago
North Chicago is the most popular area to buy real estate in Chicago. Despite the housing crisis nation-wide in the last two years, the number of home sales in North Chicago have continued to increase. The area is both quiet and beauty, as it is dotted with beaches and public parks and the residents have some of the highest average incomes in the city. Several neighborhoods in the north of Chicago are Gold Coast, Old Town, Lincoln Park, Lakeview and lake view. If you want to live in the north and wants to pay lower prices for real estate, searching houses are further away from downtown.
West Chicago
West Chicago is best known for its ethnic diversity. Some of the neighborhoods in West Chicago include Wicker Park, Lawndale, Austin and Garfield Park. South Chicago
