What craft project can I do for this children’s book?

I have to do community service for school, so i’m doing this D.E.A.R (drop everything and read) Night for a preschool. The book I wanted to use was “What A Wonderful World” by George David Weiss but I need help thinking of an art project the kids could do in association with it. Help!!!

You can have the kids color a half of paper one color and write their name on it. Then after wards tape all the pieces together to form a rainbow and tell them that all of them and their differences put all together make a beautiful rainbow. Just like all of the different races and cultures come together to make a beautiful planet.
