Paint Art for Children?

Can anyone advise what is the actual name of the paint for the children paint art? The way of doing the Art firstly need to choose a design, then remove it from the packing and place it on the metal board then put it into the mini oven and heat up for 1-2min then soak it in the soak to cool down. From there, the kid will apply the paint onto the board upon finishing, place the complete set into the mini oven n heat up for 5mins and soak in the water to cool down and it’s ready to past it on the wall or fridge or any smooth surface. Have been searching for very long the name of this art material cos i wanted to start a mini business on this product.

Why not just have them paint with acrylic and supervise so that they don’t try to eat the paint?
