How do I add a new downloaded border to the Format-Border and Shading…-Page Border-Art: group of borders?

I have downloaded from Microsoft clipart j0398343.wmf This file appears to be a border for use in Microsoft Word 2003. How to I make it so?

.wmf files are clip art. put it in the folder:

c:program filesmicrosoft officeclipart
