What art job is best?

I am a college student still trying to figure out what i wanna do…. the only thing I can honestly say I love is ART. I am good at drawing, oil pastels, painting, etc. But I wanna have a secure career. i was thinking about getting into graphic arts, or any type of art involving the computer (since that’s the direction everything is going). But what is the difference between Graphic Arts, Digital Media, Website Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, Marketing, etc.??? Which would be best for someone who’s good at drawing realistically??

if this was about five years ago, i’d say graphic design. now there are too many graduating every year.

animation, motion graphics and website development/design are in demand now. a lot of companies are moving to internet, and a lot are doing animation/video advertising stuff.

pick up a registration book at your school (or visit a website for an art school) and see what courses each major requires. you can then find out what would best suit you.
