NEED HELP WITH KIDS PART OF AN UNKNOWN 90's Show?

Ok I was thinking about my childhood and I was wondering if anyone knows of a program that had a man in the beginning to enter the home and there were many things around the room as a team, as he would say things. At one point, I remember that some thing is marked on a page and had to make an image adjustment in that direction. Also at the end, showed works of art from children who presented these, any idea what this is? Pee Wee Herman was not due PAPPYLAND

The only 90 show that I can think of that had children's art works and stuff and he Pappyland are things that used to come in the FTA.
