How do people make the awesome art, drawie things?

Hey there.

I was looking at some online things submitted by people (art) and some of them were drawings, but then some of the pictures looked as though they were done on the computer. It looked like graphics. No person can draw that lol.

How do people do that? And is it somthing free that I would be able to do?

It’s still drawing they just edited it using Photoshop.
