What are some examples of artistic trends currently prominent in print media and advertising?

I have been doing a ton of research and I just don’t understand. I understand how art is used in print media and advertising, but in my syllabus I am asked to give examples of A.) Contemporary B.) Consumerism C.) Cultural values….How do I find information? I will answer any question you need answered…I WILL GIVE TEN POINTS AND BEST ANSWER…And I will appreciate any help.
