I know this is a kind of madness … There is a commercial, with this girl and she is doing this martial art, and she says most people think of it as dancing, but I can not hear what the name of that is. Looks like fun, and she says it burns calories, and since I've been looking for something I can do and not get bored with and lose some more weight … I thought this would be something I can do. Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?
