Which kind of note book should i get a mac or a pc?

Im going to high school and im deciding what kind of laptop is good and CHEAP with the following programs;microsoft word,Visual Arts ,and Digital Media. Also i want this laptop to Store a good amount of hard drive and also good good Wireless signal. Please respond as soon as possible.

Get a PC, because they will cost half as much as a mac and you will get a way better laptop for your money. Also if you want to play games, a PC will be way better for you too.
