Cheap Art Prints For Sale

Selling my original artwork?

I’d like to say that I am a fairly good artist. Although I havent sold a bunch of art, I sold one piece for $185 and another that was $40 was sold at auction for $150. I am trying my best to get my art “out there” like having it at Starbucks and hanging it in the lobby of my dads optical business. I was wondering if there is anything else I should be doing, or if there is anything that will help get my name out there and help some sales. I wont make prints- first, because I think its cheap and degrading. Second, its unrealistic for a new artist and third, because its too expensive. Any suggestions? Thanks

if there are museums in your area try to go to all the opening nights. I lived in dc and I met a lot of people who were willing to help out a newer artist. the first post there is something similar in DC where they take a office building while renovated and rent out booths to hundreds of artist. it has a big draw something like that might be cool. see about getting a web site or having someone make on for you.
