Can anybody help me to design my web site/blog?

i am from a different background and very little knowledge about computer and its programming. i wanted to do some home made business for my wife and children in order to secure their income for future and to develop their interest in computer also.This we great help if someone stands up and teach me step by step the art of making a good website or blog for free of cost. i have little earnings now therefore i wont be able to pay for it but i hope that u will stand and teach me.ONLY PERSON HAVING A GREAT INTEREST IN SHARING AND TEACHING FOR FREE SHOULD ANSWER.PLEASE hhhhh…….HELP……..HELP……HELP.

However…
Follow guidance from the guys and gals here to learn the basics of website making (I can’t go through these).
Then, once you have acquired some experience, go to www.web2coders.com: I put there free scripts that are useful for the community, and very often requested here on YA!
There is a miniblog you can just download.
Mind you… Even that miniblog is above the head of MANY so-called “web designers”. Don’t use it without understanding it (you are on your own!)
