Free Music Artist site for streaming music (mp3) and allowing downloads (not myspace).?

I’m looking for a site that a music artist can register on for free and upload songs for free for streaming and free download. I know www.purevolume.com does this, but they limit songs to 4 for free accounts (I’m looking for more than that).
