which one is the best school for game design do you think?

Hello, I am an international student and I am planning to take a game design course in Canada. Actually, I was planning to get into AI in Vancouver, but In order to get a working permit, I would better get into public college rather than private college, and it makes me difficult to decide.

I live in Vancouver and I am from the US (washington state). I came into Canada to study. I know for a fact that the Art Institute of Vancouver is extremely hot because Vancouver is a hot bed for computer animation and software design (I am a computer programmer).

Vancouver is known as Digital north and major companies like Disney and Microsoft hire straight out of AI of Seattle and Vancouver.

The down side, to get into Canada with a permit you are going to have to prove that you can sustain yourself financially. So be prepared to save for a year or two before coming (that is what I had to do).

Working in another country is difficult, even for US citizens in Canada. Be prepared to front the cash because they want people who will add to the economy, not a student who will draw on the system instead.

Do realize though that the Art Instituate does have the campus in Seattle and that might be a great choice for you in the US. I use to live near Seattle and Microsoft/Disney/Hollywood loved picking students right out of AI of Seattle. Seriously consider it if you find you can’t get into Canada.
