Painting by “H. Miller”?

I recently was given a landscape painting that is signed ‘H. Miller’. On the back of the frame is a metal stamp that says Certified Authentic Work of Art A-32018. And “The Art Affaire, Inc” Who is this painter and where can I find the records of Authenticity.

Well obviously you are computer literate, if you are on y/a. Do some investigations online. I wish you could add a picture of the work…here is a link I found although I do not know if it is the same artist…
