What is a fun process or procedure thats easy to demonstrate?

I have to do a project in my language arts class called a Demonstration speech. I have to demonstrate a process or prcodure clearly to the rest of the class. It has to be 3 – 6 min long (but not over 8 minutes) I can’t think of anything! Care to give any ideas?

You could make a sandwich. Or a salad. With vinaigrette.

You could repot a plant or plant a patio container. Or a
terrarium.

You could make a greeeting card.

You could sew on a button (burn a minute or so just trying to thread the needle).

You could do a flower arrangement.

You could wire a lamp.

You could do your hair or your makeup. Or your nails.

You could change or repair a bike tire

You could make paper flowers or origami.

You could tune an instrument.

You could polish your shoes.

You could pack a fragile item for shipping.
