Quotes Creativity Art

Occasionally I receive an e-mail from someone who moves more into my mind that I think art today. They come for the art and then stay for philosophy and way of seeing life and being in the world. Recently I received a beautiful e-mail from a young man – 21 years of age who are struggling to figure out who she is. Just heard an interview Crafts Sanityover binds you 3 years ago and was inspired to write to me.
Like me, he has struggled with depression most of his life, is an artist and bohemian gypsy spirit free! I'll call this person Rose. Now Rose is having trouble discerning, because she is what others say that it is. Rose feels like that is living up to other expectations. I told Rosa that I would take this form of conversation when I was 21 – I have avoided so much pain and problems. Me too tried to be everything everyone wanted me (or I thought she wanted me out). We are inundated with messages from all parties under the dress of a certain way, drive that fancy car, behave in a specific way, go to school, get married, etc. What I found was that the more well I adhered to what others wanted for me (who were usually well) the meaning more deeply depressed I became.
How to discern what is right for you?
I think it's difficult to find yourself, to hear that little voice inside roar beyond expectations. Of course, one of the best ways to find yourself is Visual Journal and let your art tell you what you want and what you are. It is a great way to access your subconscious mind. Creation of a Council of vision is another way to find out what you like and what you are. Listening to your body signals and control their condition is a good indication that something or not feels good for you. It can be displayed differently for everyone, but for me it is a feeling in my solar plexus (stomach area). If you feel a little nausea, then it is a resounding NO, if you feel good and all tingling and happy, then it is a definitive YES! I've also found that my dreams are sources of information. Get into the habit of writing your dreams immediately after waking. My dreams have shown me the way when he was lost and dealing with people not so positive. The dream was so vivid and revealing. Fortunately, I heard the dream and cut the connection to friends.
Mental map of your happiness
Another thing you might want to add to your toolbox "finding yourself" is a mental map. A mind map of what you want out of life – The mind a map of your ideal day. If money was not an issue How would your ideal day?
There are many ways to find yourself and find your way a truer YOU … are just a few ways. Why not try different years
