Is my realism drawing okay?

It’s a self portrait. And yes, I know I’m ugly.
Some of the unusual things like the lack of ears are actually an unusual issue cause by the photo itself, which was taken fairly close. Any critique would be helpful.
I think the drawing is actually very good. The big and expressive eyes are the most powerful part of the piece and really conveys a lot. It’s really good.
