I did not get any satisfactory answer. I asked: should not bullfighting (game) be stopped?

I was answered that it’s a time old culture, it causes no harm to our health, in the bullring animals get chances to save their lives, moreover it is a beautiful performing art…… so that should not be stopped. Your opinion please.
Why some people always think every subject and everyone here on this site belongs to America?

Much as I applaud tradition and individual rights, from what I have seen of bullfighting it is barbaric and unnecessarily painful to the animals.

Other countries such as the UK have brought bans in for ‘sports’ such as hare coursing … I don’t see why Spain can’t. It will be a socially painful step but maybe it is something that has to be done.

It would help if tourists stopped going to the bull-fights though!
