Is “you’ll pay” considered a threat?

I do not think so but on a Youtube comment I commented IGN’s channel after they took advantage of me such as banning me over ridiculous thing and not giving me a refund on my subscription. I typed “You’ll pay for [bleep]ing with me”. I also saw somebody else type [bleep]ing in a comment to them and also a text art of the middle finger, both made about a month ago and their accounts are okay. I wouldn’t be concerned if it was something other than IGN but the way they screw their users makes me wonder if they’ll find a way to screw me like a p+++y again but this time on Youtube, where I have 107 videos and 560000 video views and they might take that all away too. So is this “you’ll pay” thing a threat?

depends on what you did. If you broke a 500,000,000 dollar window you might have to “pay” as in give money. But mostly it is a threat. It means the person will most likely do something bad on you. Hope that helps!
