How did war impact Iroquois art?

I really have no idea because I am to write a paragraph about this. I cant find anything about Iroquois art in my text. Can you guys give me some hints, ideas, or whatever you know about iroquois art and war. thanks :)

aside from the obvious fact that there wasn’t much art being made during the time of war since survival was taking up all our time, there are a few things.

war clubs became pieces of art themselves. older ones were made from wood that was selected to be the right shape and size. these were not decorated much. after war and the acquisition of guns, we made them from gun stocks and these could be highly decorative using carving but also brass tacks.

the tourist trade had more effect in my opinion. go on ebay and you will see many small pillows, wall hangings and purses beaded in traditional iroquois style. however these items were not part of our traditional art and were made specifically to sell to tourists in the niagara area.
